Rose Cameo Macrame Necklace

n only black and white the rose cameo macrame necklace is simple yet elegant.  The length of 16.5 inches makes it a semi-choker length.  The cameo sets comfortably at the base of the neck.  Constructed of black nylon cord the necklace moves with the wearer.  White pearl accents in the open work design of the necklace are a compliment to the black and white of the cameo.  The necklace fastens with a sliding bar clasp.

The rose cameo is 30 x 40 mm.  It is set by hand in a simple fiber bezel made of black nylon cord. There is no decoration or knotted design around the cameo to detract from the white rose set on a black background.   This necklace is 7/8 of an inch wide and each side is approximately 7.5 inches from the cameo to the bar slide clasp.  The sides are made of black cord in an openwork knotted design.  White 4 mm pearls are an integral component of the lacy pattern encircling the neck. Measuring 16.5 inches long this is a semi-choker lying at the base of the neck.
